We take great pleasure in introducing our organization, M/s Shree Shree Engineering & Fabrication (hereinafter called "The Firm"), established in September 2011. The Firm was already dealing in fabrication and machining of different types of structures/equipment and now, we have also started erection work with an experienced team.
Since inception, the job work done by us was up to the complete satisfaction of our customers and we have made good progress in this line of work. This was possible, mainly due to the fact that the owner of The Firm is an engineering graduate. Besides this, we have sufficient expertise required for complete job satisfaction. The staff and workers are well trained and efficient in their work. Furthermore, we undertake job work for local customers, as and when required.

Fabrication Process Workflow
- Project Initiation: Review of client drawings (GA Drawings), technical specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Material Procurement: Sourcing high-quality steel (SAIL/JSW/JSP) with Mill Test Certificates (MTC).
- Surface Preparation: Cleaning of raw steel (Manual or Shot Blasting) to remove rust and mill scale.
- Marking & Cutting: Precision layout marking followed by CNC Plasma, Oxy-Fuel, or Shearing.
- Fitting/Assembly: Tacking components together into the final shape (Columns, Beams, or Ducts) based on workshop drawings.
- Welding: Final structural welding (MIG/MAG or Arc) by certified welders.
- Quality Inspection (NDT): Dimensional checks and Non-Destructive Testing (DP Test, Ultrasonic, or X-ray) of weld joints.
- Finishing: Grinding, cleaning, and application of Red Oxide Primer or specialized Industrial Coating/Galvanization.
- Dispatch & Erection: Loading, transport to site, and final structural assembly/erection.
